🔧 Preparation Before Installation

  2. Requirements Check:

    • Disk Space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)

  3. Have a Bootable Windows 7 USB/DVD:

💻 Windows 7 Installation Steps

Step 1: Boot From USB/DVD

  1. Insert the bootable USB or DVD.

  2. Restart your computer.

  3. Press the appropriate boot key (usually F2, F12, DEL, ESC) to enter the Boot Menu.

  4. Select the USB or DVD drive to boot from it.

Step 2: Windows 7 Setup Begins

  1. Choose Language, Time, and Keyboard layout, then click Next.

  2. Click Install Now.

Step 3: Accept License Terms

  1. Check "I accept the license terms", click Next.

Step 4: Choose Installation Type

Step 7: Setup Windows

  1. Enter a username and computer name.

  2. Create a password (optional).

  3. Enter the product key (you can skip and enter later if needed).

  4. Set Windows Updates preferences.

  5. Set Time and Date.

  6. Select Network Type (Home, Work, or Public).

✅ Final Step: Installation Complete

You’ll be taken to the Windows 7 desktop.

💡 After Installation

  • Install drivers (chipset, graphics, network, etc.).

  • Run Windows Update.

  • Install essential software (browser, antivirus, etc.).
